Stéphanie Truillé-Baurens is the Delegate for European Affairs at CIRAD (France) since September 2021.

Prior to this, she worked for more than 15 years at the European Commission. She was posted in EU Delegations in third countries, respectively in Mali, Djibouti, Algeria and Zambia and worked for 7 years as International Cooperation Officer within the European Commission (DG DEVCO then INTPA) where she followed the Africa-EU partnership in the areas of higher education and digitalisation and managed an extensive portfolio of projects in those sectors.

Ms Truillé-Baurens holds an MA in International Relations from Staffordshire University (UK), an MA in European Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium) and an MPhil degree in African Studies from Sciences Po Bordeaux (France).
