Dr. Patricia Wagenmakers is a policy advisor at Wageningen University and Research on international partnerships, in particular with CGIAR and EU-Africa. A biologist by training, she is the WUR representative in LEAP4FNSSA. She represents WUR in the Agrinatura Association. Previously she has worked as policy officer in the Dutch ministry of agriculture on research and international cooperation. For many years, she has been involved in EU-international initiatives such as ERAnet projects and policies on agricultural research for global development.
